Disclosures

General information only. Not a registered investment adviser. Nothing on this site is personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. It is commentary — our reading of scripture, historical cycles, and public information, offered for you to weigh yourself.
What we do
- Publish impersonal, evergreen commentary every Tuesday, connecting biblical/prophetic frameworks to economic and geopolitical events — plus additional pieces when a real event warrants one.
- Score our own frameworks against verified history and publish the results — including where we were wrong — on the Track Record page.
- Disclose plainly when content touches markets, currencies, or specific institutions.
What we don't do
- We never give personalized "buy/sell this" advice, and we never take discretion over your money.
- We never tout or profit from specific securities we hold without disclosing that fact.
- We never make false or exaggerated claims about past prediction accuracy — the Track Record page exists specifically so that claim is checkable, not just asserted.
- If any content ever points you toward a specific product or vendor (for example, a gold dealer) in exchange for compensation, we'll say so plainly, next to the recommendation.
On prediction and prophecy
Prophetic and cyclical interpretation is exactly that — interpretation, offered within a stated tradition, not a guarantee of a specific outcome. Where serious readers or historians disagree, we try to say so rather than presenting one reading as settled fact.
On gifts and membership
The Forensic Scroll is currently operated as a simple business, not a registered charity or nonprofit. Gifts and membership payments are not tax-deductible. See theGift & Membership Terms for the full terms.
